Our GuaranteeAll Windows Hosting and Email hosting packages include a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of 100% of your money if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via our online contact system. You will receive verification upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted. Accounts cancelled, suspended or terminated by SouthernWebSpace for violating our Terms of Use or Acceptable user policy, do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled, terminate or suspended due to spamming, you will not be given any refund. Performance / Uptime GuaranteeSouthernWebSpace guarantees that the network will be available 99% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Therefore, after network downtime of 1.41 minutes per day, calculated monthly, SouthernWebSpace will refund 5% of the monthly hosting fee to the requesting customer for each 30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. This guarantee applies to the network connectivity and server uptime, but does not apply to "acts of god", "hardware failure" or "war" outside of anyone's control. It also does not include your inability to reach our servers due to your ISP issues or inability to reach your website due to the blacklisting of your IP address for whatever reason. If you have a dedicated server through our network, the same SLA applies, but does not cover any load issues caused by software running on the machine. Connectivity is measured as the ability of the server to transmit and receive data.
